Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Click the tracking link in that email, or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website, to see real-time updates.

Didn't receive a tracking email? Check your spam or junk folder, and allow 1–3 business days after your order is placed for processing. If it's been more than 3 business days, contact us.
